TYPES OF FILLINGS
Our doors feature a variety of filling options, including solid cores, honeycomb structures, insulated materials, and decorative glass, offering the perfect balance of durability, thermal efficiency, and elegant design.
The infill panels are installed in a door leaf produced on the basis of the AS 75 system in exactly the same way as glazing units. This means that the leaf profile is visible both from the outside and from the inside. The thickness of the infill panel is 44 mm. It provides the fastest and easiest assembly.
These fillings are made of aluminum cladding. On the outside, a 3 mm thick aluminum sheet is glued onto the door frame of the AS 75P system, so it remains invisible, while on the inside, glazing strips are used. The thickness of the panel is 44 mm.
Double-sided overlays are designs to achieve the highest insulating properties of doors. Aluminum overlays cover the sash on both sides, resulting in a door of the highest class in terms of elegance and aesthetics. The total thickness of the infill in this case is the highest and is 75 mm. This type of infill is used in doors based on the AS 75P system.
